About Us

We have developed a unique approach to establishing teaming arrangements that enable our company to perform throughout the entire United States including Alaska and Hawaii. This approach has been beneficial to small businesses that would otherwise elect to not participate in any government contracting ventures.

Our professional staff is highly skilled and trained in the program manager philosophy of management. The general administration of all contracts is performed by IBK along with development of quality control plans, management of accounts receivables and participatory hands-on processing of data. Our quality control procedures require that we communicate personally with our teammates on a daily basis. On high volume contracts, frequent daily communication is the norm. This ensures that we are always positioned to be anticipating our customer’s needs as opposed to reacting to them.


Client List

Our client list includes the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Veterans Administration, U.S. Department of Agriculture – Natural Resources Conservation Service, U.S. Department of the Interior – Fish and Wildlife Service. We have performed on contracts or have contracts in place in the following locations throughout the United Stats: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia and Washington. We are currently performing on federal government contracts that entail managing various types of land surveying and mapping, property appraisals and reviews, timber cruising, and examinations of title and closing services.

Employees

Our staff has achieved Bachelors, Masters and Juris Doctor degrees and has worked for highly prestigious defense contracting firms in both Finance and Contracting.
